We, APROS conducted a study of 2,119 MBA, PGDBM students in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Cochin, Mumbai, Ahmadabad, Calcutta and Delhi and few other states in country and found that only 21% of Students from Tier-II, Tier-III B schools were considered fit for employment. India’s estimated 3,300 B - Schools churn out tens of thousands of management graduates each year. But only a small fraction of them are “employable,” or possess basic skills necessary to work in corporate sectors ranging from marketing, HR, IT to finance according to a study.

The demand for MBA has been there from time immemorial, however of late there is a decline in the employability status of these graduates. There are a lot of speculations on why these graduates are not employable. The feedback from the industry is that most of the candidates are not “Industry Ready”. Most of the MBA corporate recruiters and industry experts say that these findings are evidence that India’s MBA curriculum is flawed because of its emphasis on rote learning rather than on hands-on experience. 4.     Corporate Exposure Learning (CEL) | The objective of the Module is to expose the MBA students to understand the real time problems in the organization, to relate the theoretical concepts learnt in the classrooms to practical concepts in APROS and to learn real life application of management practices. This opportunity will give better advantage to the students to find placements. 

Tenure: 30 Days | Duration: Minimum 4 Hours a day


   
      5.     Interview Prep | Resume Presentation, Types of Interviews, Interview Prep Sessions, Interview Assessment, Job Offer Decision Check, Salary Negotiation.

Tenure: 2 Days | Duration: 4 Hours a day
